Do it Right the First Time
At Techniplast we implement our Quality Management System in line with the requirements of ISO9001:2015. Nevertheless, we go beyond simply documenting, by adopting Total Quality Management (TQM) as our core philosophy at all levels, on all our processes, products, and services. We genuinely believe that by continuously challenging and improving our own standards we can yield sustainable long-term value.
Thanks to our fully-fledged QA team, we are able to practice TQM right from the outset, till the very end: from first-pass-acceptance to final audits of finished goods prior to product release.
We make it a point that our QA team sets the standards for our in-process quality controllers right from the start and that the appropriate SPCs are defined, and implemented in accordance to agreed upon AQL levels.
Our quality plan starts off with our standard supplier qualification procedures. All inbound material is checked against the required specifications for conformity, supplier score cards are maintained, processes are analysed and re-engineered for mistake proofing, and all revolving around lean & 5S principles.
As they say prevention is better than cure, that is why at Techniplast we are firm believers of preventive and internal corrective action mechanisms such as PFMEA, DMAIC, VSM and 8D methodologies. When we need to take a decision, we make a risk-based decision based on in-depth investigations, data collection, and clear communication with our clients. This includes the use of advanced variable gauging methods, pareto charts and test reporting methods, to name the least.
Hence, we understand that the above in isolation is not enough, which is why we push for the extra mile to ensure that all is sustained, through an iterative improvement cycle.
We do not shy away just because we are ambitious. Our goal is to instill reliability by setting high quality standards and providing the necessary quality assurance that Techniplast’s extensive years of experience can provide.
