We care and we can
Who We Serve
Injection moulding is everywhere, from the tiles beneath our feet, up to the stars and everywhere in between.
Backed by over 45 years of extensive experience and stringent quality standards Techniplast has humbly served an array of industries, amongst which are hospitals and leading local and multinational organizations across the globe.
We can proudly say that we have produced millions of useful products which impact our way of living, ranging from life saving components inside an operating theatre room, to bottle caps that help us quench our thirst, to components which enable lighter and bigger building design structures, or recreational and educational products for our children.
We can truly provide multiple solutions to multiple industries. We can.
Precision Injection Moulding
We are able to work with a wide variety of thermosets and thermoplastics, with proven experience in multicolour injection. Hence, what truly defines us is plastic injection moulding for complex high precision parts, with tolerances down to +/- 0.01 mm and all in accordance with ISO9001:2015 standards.
Throughout the years we have gained extensive experience dealing with some of the most aggressive and challenging engineered plastics and can thus support the most stringent process parameter requirements, especially for those applications in which purity, clarity and mechanical properties can not be compromised. We can provide multiple solutions for multiple industries. Hence, the company is always willing to invest in new equipment and automated solutions in order to be able to meet any specific demand.
Insert moulding is a process in which plastic is injected into a mould after that an insert has been pre-placed. Amongst the most commonly inserted items are bolts, threads, pins, electrical components or latches made from materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum or copper. Hence, the possibilities could be endless.

Why Choose Us
Our long-established clients trust us because of our sound experience, especially when it comes to product and tool designing support, coupled with our professional project management services.
We encourage all our clients – current & prospective – to consult with us right from the start. This way we can help you avoid costly mistakes, which could at times be irrevocable. By making use of 3D modelling and mould-flow analysis software – together with our mould engineers – we will strive for design optimisation and anticipate potential design failures from the outset. We can then use this data for prototyping purposes, rendering and rapid sampling if required.
By coupling such findings with our production and assembly expertise we will help you reduce manufacturing costs and avoid design manufacturability pitfalls which could ultimately hurt your bottom line.
We are ready to take part in your new product development journey. Trust us.
